On the 13th of February 2024,  the LFIB had the honor of receiving, on behalf of the general delegate of the French Souvenir Français in Thailand, a flag that once belonged to the National Federation of Interned-Deported-Resistant-Patriots (Royan section).

A solemn ceremony was thus organized at LFIB in the presence of Colonel Arnaudon, Defense Attaché of the Embassy of France, Mrs. Lubin, Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Action, Souvenir Français, representatives of FACS (veterans abroad), representatives of the National Union of Paratroopers, and students from 3rd and final year HGGSP.

This flag will be displayed at the school and carried by our students participating in the commemorations of November 11th at the French embassy.

Following the ceremony, students were able to exchange with veterans on the current links between defense and nation and on the current and future threats that defense must and will face.
