The Parents’ Association Bureau controls the execution of the budget and the commitments of expenses delegated by the French Foundation for Education.
It is composed of 8 parents elected by the members of the Parents’ Association via an electronic vote during the first Ordinary General Assembly.
The mandate of the mission lasts two years and is renewable once.
The APE members participate in all committees with financial and budgetary implications (finance, HR, construction, communication, canteen).
The Monthly meetings with the APE Bureau reunite the APE members, members of the LFIB Management and representatives from the French Embassy (COCAC) and LFIB teachers/staff.
