Uniform order


Some activities need a uniform for training and/or for the show at the end of the school year. You can then order it for your child at the accounting department of LFIB. The date will be sent to you by e-mail.

How ?

  • Fill in the below order form.
    1. Order form - ballet (pdf file)
    2. Order form - football (pdf file)
    3. Order form - gymnastics (pdf file)
    4. Order form - rugby (pdf file)
    5. Order form - taekwondo (pdf file)
  • Send the order form to the accounting department with the money or payment slip.

Payment :

The payment can be done at the accounting department while sending your order form : by cash (less than 2,000 bahts) or by cheque (more than 2,000 bahts). You can also pay at UOB bank or via ATM before sending the order form.  No order will be accepted without payment.

When ?

The deadline will be sent to you by e-mail.

No order will be accepted after the deadline.

How to pick up ?

The uniform will be delivered directly to your child some weeks after the opening of the activity.

Gymnastics : about 5 weeks

For which activities ?

  • Ballet / Creative movement
  • Football
  • Gymnastics/GRS : the dressmaker will come to measure your child. The date will be sent to you by e-mail. In case of bad cutting, do not wash and contact the extra-curricular activities office immediately.
  • Rugby
  • Taekwondo

Donation :

You can give old uniforms to extra-curricular activities office. These uniforms will be given to needy students or lent to students who who forget their uniform.

Please read carefully the above documents before filling in the online registration form.

Important dates :

Registration : 17/01/2013 - 24/01/2013 at 9am

Confirmation letters & payment forms (will be given to the registered students): 31/01 - 01/02
(please contact the school before Monday 4th February if you don’t receive the documents).

End of session 1 : 15/02/2013

Rules & Regulations


  1. The registration for Extra-curricular Activities takes place 2 times for each school year. The students are consequently committed for the entire session to their enrolled activity(ies). Only the activity “School of Rock” is an enrollment for the whole year.
  2. The registration of Extra-curricular Activities strictly takes place during the period communicated by the Extra-curricular Activities Co-ordinator. Applications after this period will not be taken into consideration.
  3. A student who does not apply or has not paid for the fees cannot participate the activity. The fees have already included one-session absence/cancellation of an instructor.
  4. During the stage of registration, if the number of enrolled students in each activity is more than the maximum number of students accepted in that activity, the drawing of lots will be proceeded.
  5. The cancellation has to be done within the first 3 weeks. After this period, no reimbursement will be allowed.
  6. Upon the instructor’s consent, the 2-hour session of each activity may be reduced to an hour if the students applied for that activity are not enough.
  7. At the end of registration stage, an activity may be cancelled if the number of enrolled students is not sufficient.
  8. Each student from CP upwards can enroll in up to 3 activities while students in classes GS and MS can enroll in up to 2 activities.
  9. The students have to respect the “LFIB règlement intérieur” considering that Extra-curricular Activities are running in the school area.
  10. The Extra-curricular Activities committee reserves the right to refuse every student that disturbs the activity. Exclusion will be given to those students after the second warning or immediately in case of serious offenses.
  11. The Extra-curricular Activities are not responsible for finding school bus’s seats for the students not being able to participate in their activities. The parents have to pick up their kids at the exit/entrance gate as well as contact the transport service. The students will not be under Extra-curricular Activities supervision while they are waiting for their parents.
  12. The Extra-curricular Activities continues to keep inform the parents for any modification of all activities via e-mail.
