Each week, students receive 25 hours of instruction in kindergarten and 26 hours in elementary school, with at least 3 hours being taught in half-class groups. Students who have learning difficulties also benefit from an hour of additional help in small groups in the form of customized tutoring.
An organization selected by the school
The school chooses how to organize the customized tutoring and the French Education Inspector validates the plan.
These terms allow the School to adapt to local constraints by choosing the allocation of hours in the week and time of the day when the customized tutoring takes place.
As part of his service, each teacher devotes 30 hours in the school year to customized tutoring. Teachers coordinate and harmonize the content with their class. Depending on their progress, students may be asked to join the sessions for a certain time.
Additional support
When more assistance is needed, especially for special needs, a personalized program of educational success (PPRE) guarantees consistency between the various support programs. The PPRE provides targeted support on specific skills. Support can be organized within or outside the school.
